Step 1: Prep the Yeast
Mix the packet of dry yeast with 3 tablespoons of warm water in a small cup. Stir it and let it sit for 30 seconds — the yeast is waking up!

🔬 Why It Booms!
Yeast contains an enzyme called catalase that breaks hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) apart into water and oxygen gas — REALLY fast! The dish soap catches all that oxygen gas and turns it into a mountain of foam. The reaction also creates heat, so the foam feels warm! This is called an exothermic reaction.
