🔬 Why It Booms!
Milk has tiny fat molecules floating in it. When dish soap touches the milk, it chases after those fat molecules (soap LOVES breaking up fat — that's why we use it to wash greasy dishes!). As the soap zooms around grabbing fat, it pushes the food coloring out of the way, creating those amazing swirling patterns!
